Snowdown Merchandise (SuZhou) Co., Ltd. is a subordinate company of Kwong Lung Enterprise Co., Ltd., a Taiwan company established in 1966 and became listed company in 1999. Kwong Lung is the only listed company in down and feather industry in TaiWan. Snowdown Merchandise (SuZhou) Co., Ltd. specializes in producing feather materials, beddings and sportswear to satisfy the demands from global market with our company principles of "World Quality, Global Deploying". We have three factories for producing down materials, beddings and garments. They are located in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province which only costs a-hour ride to Shanghai City. Our factories have 1400 machines including D/F washing machines from L.H. LORCH and machines for sorting, lab test, fabric inspection, light box, air permeability test, filler, metal detection, laser cutting, ultrasonic/heat transfer, heat press and seam seal taping. Besides, we have 22 production lines. Our down & feather factory uses good down & feather materials, advanced equipment from Germany and highly qualified washing procedures to produce excellent down & feather products. In addition, we focus on R&D to provide better products and services for our customers all over the world. Our main eiderdown is from North Pole; duck and goose down and feather is from Poland, Hungary and Siberia mainly with Certificate of Origin. Our bedding factory mainly produces down comforters, pillows, cushions, sleeping bags and other bedding products which are suitable for any seasons and styles. Our garment factory is in charge of the production of snowboard wear (jackets, pants), skiing wear (jackets and pants), down jackets, technical outerwear, sew-free & gluing jackets and pants, casual pants and shorts (nylon & cotton), board shorts and water trunks. Also we have a factory for producing down material, bedding and garments, located in Cantho, Vietnam which costs 4 hours for ride to HCM City. There are 900 machines including fabric inspection, filler, metal detection, seam seal, heat transfer and heat press machines, and 12 production lines. As an excellent manufacturer, we are ISO14001 and ISO9001 certified and Gore-tex approved. Furthermore, we have obtained the First Grade Laboratory Certificate for down materials.
